In a response to the humanitarian crisis caused by unprecedented migration from Venezuela we have been able to launch our project in Bucaramanga.
In cooperation with the Lutheran church and Youth With A Mission we run a weekly children’s club for the migrant children giving them a sense of normality and outreach program to their parents offering spiritual counselling as well as providing practical migratory advice: How to enrol your child at school, Where and how to access medical care.
Additionally, through our network of doctor volunteers we have been able to provide medical health advice for undocumented migrants and have already welcomed more than 70 people on the premises in the first weeks of the project.
With the help of individual donations we are able to run direct aid distribution among pregnant migrant women unperishable food, nutritional supplements and new-born supplies.
